PM Open Lap Swim - Saint Rose - Monday (Former College of Saint Rose EAC)

-Must wear bathing suit and shower before entering pool -Two swimmers allowed per lane- split or circle swim -Alert other swimmers before entering the lane -Do not play or swim across lap lanes -Please choose the appropriate lane for your pace -Lifeguards may request lane changes if needed -Please be kind and respectful to staff & swimmers -If circle swimming, swim on the right side & pass on the inside -Must be able to swim independently and confidently in deep water without assistance
