Learn to Swim Level 3/4 - Saint Rose - Tuesday (Former College of Saint Rose EAC)

An intermediate to advanced Learn to Swim course that focuses on endurance, technique, and efficiency when swimming. Level 3/4 introduces more advanced drills to help young swimmers refine their swimming skills. Course skills include diving, survival strokes, rhythmic breathing for different strokes, and turns. The competitive swim strokes (front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly) will be covered, in addition to the survival strokes (elementary backstroke and sidestroke). Upon finishing the course students are well equipped with water safety knowledge applicable to many situations and can swim increased distances with proper technique and greater ease.
