Learn to Swim Level 2 - Saint Rose - Thursday (Former College of Saint Rose EAC)

An intermediate Learn to Swim course that teaches children how to move more independently on the surface and underwater. Participants in Level 2 learn how to glide and float without support, develop their arm and leg actions, and lay the foundations for future stroke development. Course skills include the fundamentals of front crawl and back crawl, as well as rhythmic breathing. Upon finishing the course, participants should have an in-depth understanding of water safety topics and feel more comfortable with submersion in deep water.
