Learn to Swim Level 1 - Saint Rose - Tuesday (Former College of Saint Rose EAC)

A beginner Learn to Swim course that introduces basic aquatic skills which participants can build upon. Level 1 helps young and beginner swimmers to develop positive attitudes, effective swimming habits, and safe practices in and around the water. Course skills include leg and arm actions on front and back, floating, blowing bubbles, and submersion. Upon finishing the course, participants should possess a fundamental comprehension of pool rules, moving independently in the water, and submersion.
