Book a 45-minute session by registering online or calling theRotterdam Branch at 518-356-3440, to get assistance in one of the following areas: Navigating our new website, mobile app, or catalog ⁠Using one of the library’s databases ⁠Downloading e-books, audiobooks and movies to your device (Hoopla or Libby) Browsing the web/internet basics ⁠Setting up or using your email account ⁠Assistance using a personal device, i.e. tablet, smartphone, laptop Research resources Job applications or resume assistance ⁠Using Microsoft Word *Please note that the library does not provide medical, legal, investment, or tax advice; however, staff will be happy to show you resources that can help with these topics. *Walk-ins are accepted but appointments take precedence.
