Adult Learn to Swim: Beginner - Saint Rose (Former College of Saint Rose EAC)

A beginner Learn to Swim course for adults that introduces basic aquatic skills which participants can build upon. Adult Learn to Swim: Beginner - Learning the Basics is an introduction to recreational swimming. Course skills include building comfort with submersion and treading water, learning the skills and concepts needed to stay safe around water, and improving breath control while swimming. Upon finishing the course, participants should be confidently putting together elements of stroke mechanics and implementing water safety skills for themselves and others.
